Our experienced consultants are from industrial and commercial backgrounds having held senior positions as managers in a variety of occupational areas. They are all qualified NVQ Assessors and Verifiers holding the appropriate Assessor/Verifier Units. Our qualification completion rates are exceptionally high.

Our philosophy for Professional Development Programmes is built on the two key principles of personal development of the candidates and equally the development of the company. An informal role of Phoenix is to act as a platform for “second careers” for business professionals.

A key feature of the delivery methodology for vocational programmes centres around the step by step candidate packs which have been devised and written to assist candidates with their own and company development. Candidates and their own jobs are at the centre of the learning process. Processes are aimed at continuous professional development of competences and knowledge and understanding of Key business concepts, but at the most practical level.
